Job Title: Store Supervisor

Location: West Kelowna, BC
Job Description: Assisting in the supervision of daily store operations and the maintenance and delivery of all levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Provide a consistent image and serve as a role model for all Team Members; ensure productivity of Team Members, oversee all areas of the store for a clean, organized and tidy appearance; prioritize tasks; watch for quality, pricing, and signage; provide direct support to the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager; understand customers' needs, concerns, and perceptions; perform regular shift duties including rotating and stocking all produce as well as some grocery and dairy items.
Will be required to work a variety of shifts throughout the week including opening and closing shifts.
Qualifications: Previous supervisory experience preferably in a grocery environment.
