
Healthy Banana Cookies
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 C rolled oats
- 1/2 C dates, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 C semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 C unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
3. Stir in oats, dates, chocolate chips, apple sauce, oil and vanilla. Mix well and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly brown.
