Ingredients: 1 9” deep dish pie crust Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line crust with foil; fill with dried beans- bake 10 minutes. Remove foil & beans, pierce crust with fork several places; bake 5 minutes. Cool. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and whisk until well blended. Pour filling into crust. Bake until filling is puffed around edges and centre moves only slightly when pan is shaken (about 1hr). Cool on a rack. Chill at least 4 hrs. Enjoy!
