Grilled Portabella Supreme

Ingredients:

  • 6 whole portabella mushrooms
  • 2 lg cloves hard neck garlic
  • ½ C borgess x virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp kikoman soy sauce
  • ¼ C balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 4 leaves fresh basil

Blend ingredients (not mushrooms). Place mushrooms in a cake pan gill side up and pour liquid into gills (pour excess into bottom of pan). Allow to marinate for ½ hr. Grill on medium flame 15-20 minutes, turning once. This recipe is great with; Roasted zucchini, eggplant, peppers, red onions & corn on the cob.
