
Grilled Portabella Supreme
Ingredients:
- 6 whole portabella mushrooms
- 2 lg cloves hard neck garlic
- ½ C borgess x virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp kikoman soy sauce
- ¼ C balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 4 leaves fresh basil
Blend ingredients (not mushrooms). Place mushrooms in a cake pan gill side up and pour liquid into gills (pour excess into bottom of pan). Allow to marinate for ½ hr. Grill on medium flame 15-20 minutes, turning once. This recipe is great with; Roasted zucchini, eggplant, peppers, red onions & corn on the cob.
